How can I make a reservation on your website?

The booking of a room is very easy by our hotel booking system. You have to click on BOOKING on our hotel website menu and choose:

- The number of the guests;
- The type of the room (there are also multiple choices);
- The period of the stay.

It will be shown a detailed prices board in case of rooms availability in our structure.
To confirm the booking, you have to go to the step 3 where it will be required to insert the personal data and the Credit Card which will be used as guarantee of booking according to our Hotel cancellation rules (see beyond).
At the end of the booking procedure, if all the steps have been done in the correct way, it will be sent you an email with a booking code which will be used for possible communications or cancellations with our Hotel.

Why do I have to include my credit card number in the booking?

NO CHARGE WILL BE NORMALLY ADDED ON THE CREDIT CARD.
The Credit Card will be kept as Guarantee of the booking. It will be added a charge as first night just in case of NO-SHOW or if the cancellation will not be noticed to the Hotel within 48 hours before the arrival.


What are the cancellation policies of my reservation?

The Cancellation can be done till 48 hours before the arrival without charges of penalty. After this limit the FIRST NIGHT will be charged on your Credit Card.

How much time is necessary to have a reply to my booking?

After having inserted your personal details and your credit card number the reservation is confirmed;
A reservation confirmation will be sent to your specified e mail adress immediately after your booking .

The “AVAIBILITY REQUEST” is managed by our Reservation Office that will contact you within 24 hours directly by email or telephone after having verified our availibility for the requested period.


I cannot wait 24 hours for a confirmation: what can I do?

Call directly the Hotel to the number noticed on the bottom of this website.

After my booking, will I receive any confirmation from the Hotel?

Yes: an email will be sent as a booking confirmation with a personal booking code which will be useful to change or cancel the reservation.

Are there additional charges on our website?

Using our booking system there are no ADDITIONAL CHARGES or hidden PERCENTAGES.

What kind of credit cards are accepted to guarantee the reservation?

Amex, VISA, MasterCard, Diners.


My credit card number is surely correct, but the Hotel does not accept it: why?

Verify one of the following possibilities:
- The type of Credit Card is not accepted by the Hotel.
- The Card expiration date is previous the arrival date to the Hotel.
- The credit limit has been reached.
- There has been a problem with our booking server.

Is it possible to get a shuttle service from the airport to/from the Hotel?

A shuttle service to/from the airport can be obviously organised without any problem.
During your on-line booking you can add this facility on your reservation under "Extras".
We would need just some more informations : Arrival time, airport, flight number and how many perons;
You can also book a shuttle calling us directly ;

Can I specify a particular room on the booking (floor, location, position)?

The Hotel Staff will try to do his best trying to satisfy your special requests.
Anyway, we cannot guarantee the position of the room, the floor, or other specific requests noticed on the booking because they are subject to the availability of our Hotel rooms, but we invite you to point out every personal request in the field NOTES either of the Booking either of the AVAILABILITY REQUEST.


Our children will be with us…Will they stay free of charge?

Normally children under three years stay free in their parents’ room using the available beds.

Is there the possibility to put cradles or additional beds?

Our Hotel offers cradles and additional beds. However, not all types of rooms permit to put additional beds.

The rates indicated for this Hotel are per night, per room or per person?

The rates are per room, per night; breakfast, taxes and services included.

What are the main directions to reach our Hotel?

I would like to access to a discounted rate. How can I do?

Inside the “SPECIAL OFFERS” you can find all the offers and packages which guarantee a more attractiveness price.
You can insert in the reservation panel the date related to the package or offer, and you will have the possibility to book the room according to the indicated special conditions.
